If you need to cancel your order before it ships, please contact our customer service immediately. Since we ship orders within 1 working day, we recommend acting fast. To cancel, send an email to our customer service team with the subject line “Cancellation” and your order number. We will do our best to stop the shipment, though we cannot guarantee it due to the quick shipping process. If your order is successfully canceled, you will be refunded within 15 days.
Returning an Item
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and undamaged, and suitable for resale. To initiate a return, contact our customer service first to notify us. Returns cannot be processed without prior approval. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility and is non-refundable.
Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund, which will be credited to your original payment method within 14 days.
